Pro Palestine march through London 11th October 2025

We have seen the news articles over the last day or two showing displaced Palestinians returning back to Gaza after the recent brokered Trump peace deal with the Israeli Defence force now moving out of large parts of the City. Hopefully some form of peace can return to the middle east now. Your heart must go out to the innocents of this conflict who have suffered incredibly and have experienced horrors we can only imagine in nightmares, and who are now returning back to rubble and destruction. Hamas have reappeared to the surface from their subterranean hidey-holes still toting their kalashnikov's to ensure the returning populous know who is still in charge and keep their ideology instilled on these poor retuning souls. Terrorist groups, such as Hamas, Islamic state, Al-Qaeda, and Hizballah all profess the same fanatical mantra, which is to kill every jew on the face of the planet.                                                                                                                  I fear that Israel, with their complete overkill operations on Gaza city have created thousands more recruits for these terrorist organisations. Any small child scraping their parents or siblings remains off of the walls to enable them to be buried will now focus their hate on the Israeli's and Jews in general.

In light of this, why is it then that the lefties & wokies still find it necessary to have a 'jolly-up' through London today? Surely they would have been better off celebrating with a D-day type get together? The war has ceased and many European nations are negotiating a 'Palestine State'.     In my naivety I believed this was everything they were campaigning for?

How many demonstrators will get arrested today for a cause that has now been sated?                                                                                                                                                                                        Normal everyday Londoners must be sick to death of one faction or another using the Capital for whatever cause takes their fancy. These events cost London businesses huge financial losses, along with the large disruption and costs to policing, transport and public everyday life. These Lefties and Wokies will always find a reason to take a day out to disrupt someone else's life in the name of their cause, and the first to complain if some group decided to do the same thing in their hometown.

Lefties covering their faces

My Dad always said, ‘If you do it or say it, own it’. Why is it then that when the left-wing go out on their jolly-up marches they always have their faces covered? My suspicions are manyfold. Many are there for a day out, unemployed with nothing better to do. Many have rung in sick from work and don’t want their bosses to see their faces plastered in a news article and the same for family members or their neighbours who may spot them when they’re supposed to be down the job centre looking for work, or at home looking after the cat.

I suspect a large majority of them do not actually have any belief in what they are there for and instead are succumbing to peer pressure or the strong desire to ‘fit in’ among their little circle of self-proclaimed radicals.

If you’re covering you face you are hiding. If you’re hiding you have no self-belief, either in yourself or your cause. If you do it, or say it, own it!

Greta Thunberg released by Israel

Spoilt privileged brat and self proclaimed humanitarian, Greta Thunberg made the papers today as she, and her eco activist flotilla chums was released by Israel today and sent packing to Greece and Slovakia by air ( I do hope they weren't economy tickets, that would have been just plain awful for her). Apparently she arrived in Greece looking 'worse for wear', OH MY. I still wonder if anyone is still taken in by this self-proclaimed humanitarian? Anyone with a shred of humanity and moral decency after being fed, watered and released to their loved ones in a short amount of time should have said 'I have been released but my thoughts go out to those still held by Hamas'. No, not the humanitarian Greta Thunberg.

Is it just me, or do we all miss this humour?

Brilliantly written comedy played out by fantastic actors. God how I miss it!

Anxiety, ADHD, DMDD, ADSDDDDD, ATHFTDD and anything to do with disorders and intolerances

Our parents and grandparents grew up in the 1940’s and 1950’s and either lived

though the war or the aftermath left after it. They lived through some of the

worst diseases, Polio, Tuberculosis, Jaundice, Smallpox, Measles, Mumps,
and Rubella, all of which could prove fatal back then. Hundreds of thousands
died of influenza. Cancer diagnosis came late. There was no known cures, no
chemotherapy, no radiology, no surgery except mastectomy for women and
even then the chances to survive that were extremely slim. How many families
watched their loved ones die in agony despite being dosed up with morphine?
I can’t even imagine the heartbreak of packing my kids off to some complete
Stranger to god knows where during the war, never knowing if I would ever see
Them again.
Mothers struggled to put food on the table, rationing was a weekly occurrence.
You ate what was put in front of you. The alterative was to go hungry.
They sheltered underground during the war until the sirens stopped and many
Would surface to find their homes and possessions completely destroyed.
Kids wouldn’t have a vast array of toys. A piece of wood would suffice as a
Sword or a tommy gun, dolls would be made from stuffed socks.
There was no central heating and they woke to find the same temperature inside
The house as it was outside the house, and the winters were harsher.
They bathed their kids in a tub in front of the downstairs fire, in most households
it was the only warm place in the house.
Pharmacies didn’t exist; they made most of the remedies themselves. Poultices
Would be made with pieces of linen stuffed with herbs and vinegars and placed on
the chest to draw out diseases and infections.
There were no vitamin tablets, inflicting a spoon full of cod liver oil on
their child was the only supplement of the day. Grandparents would often put a
little bit of gin in the milk bottle at night to get babies off to sleep.
Children were MADE to eat and finish school dinners, no matter how vile they
tasted. It was a crime to waste food. You were made to drink your half pint of
milk in the morning at school to build up your calcium level.
Only well-off families possessed a tv in the late fifties. Most families gathered
Around the radio for entertainment. Kids read comics. They played in dumps and
Rubble. Coming home dirty and with bloody knees and scrapes were cured with
a bit of spit on an old hankey.
I listened to many of the hardships experienced by my relatives and despite of it
All they made the best of it. They didn’t want much from life except moments of peace
and happiness.
They instilled a lot of their values into me which have held me in good stead
Throughout my life.
I have tried to be sympathetic, I honestly have, but I cannot get to grips with this
New generation. Perhaps its ‘old Mans’ syndrome?
How can depression, anxiety, ADHD, DMDD, intolerances and other new disorders, many self-diagnosed, or forced to be confirmed to, by some woke GP because it has become fashionable, in a country not at war and everyone living in relative safety, be possible? My Grandparents, sadly long departed now, would be in disbelief Considering what they had endured. We now live in a world where social media is king and at the click of a computer or mobile button some un-qualified 'ne're-to-well will diagnose your family member so that you can attach a specific label to them. No parent wants to feel left out in their circle of friends. If their child has it, then mine must have it too!. It's a great discussion point to smugly agree on during coffee mornings or with work colleagues. Verbally dismissing these conditions has become as much of a taboo as issuing some sort of racial comment, even within your own family. Even though deep down you know its a crock, its better to sit tight-lipped and gaze aimlessly out of the window. I worry that the kids of today will not harden, will not be able to build up the tolerances of my generation and those before me. We're wrapping them up in so much cotton wool I'm sure a light cold will lay them up for weeks on end, or a slight gust of wind will blow them over.

Legal immigration v illegal immigration

Our much relied upon National Health Service simply would not survive without the hard working legal immigrants and those foreign nationals here on work permits. Health-wise, I personally have had a terrible year and the myriad of hospitals, surgeries and clinics I've visited have proven this to me. I posted the picture below on facebook a number of months ago. I owe them a big debt of gratitude and I will be eternally thankful to them.

Patriotic British turn out for Unite the Kingdom march 13th September 2025

How inspiring was the Unite the kingdom march on 13th September. I found it up-lifting as I watched families and concerned UK citizens of all persuasions, colour and ages waving flags in support of British culture, and the desire to retain it. How disappointing that much of the biased UK media found it fit to play the event down citing untrue attendance figures and slurring the participants as right-wing extremists. The media stated 22 arrests occurred during the march, far fewer than the Notting Hill carnival (140 arrests) or the pro Palestine protest on 7th September (893 arrests) or the recent Palestine Action London gathering on 4th October (nearly 500 arrests). You would have to realise that the majority of multi-million pound media corporations either support Labour or the Conservatives. This goes a long way explaining their take on a relatively peaceful march. The best they could come up with was 22 arrests from an attendance of a 'media reported' 110,000. All those that watched the Unite the kingdom march that, like me, have eyes in our heads, knows this attendance was far, far, greater and in the region of 800,000 to a million, perhaps even more. Any large gathering, no matter what support it is for will have those few mindless idiots that will attend it with the intention of causing trouble.
With all his good intention, and his passion to retain British values, unfortunately Tommy Robinson does come over as a right-wing thug. His factual views and the proof he provides in support of his claims (if you actually take the time to listen carefully) are twisted and turned back on him by a British media scared of the implications that might conspire if he was to be taken seriously. Had the Unite the kingdom march been fronted by an established, universally respected politician (if there is such a beast) I'm sure the attendance would have been even greater and the media feedback more constructive.
Most of the genuine and honest journalist reports on the Unite the Kingdom march on 13th September were deleted or removed from social media platforms very soon afterwards.
You would have to ask yourself why? Obviously this peaceful march was not what the UK media was expecting. It did not fit their presumed narrative of mindless right-wing radicals
screaming homophobic and racist comments as they made their way through London smashing up shop fronts and local businesses.
I found it difficult to believe that honest reports on the march were deleted or removed.
In my naivety I believed that only the media corporations controlled by communist countries or dictatorships would do this.
